EZ Vegas Marketing Website

EZ Vegas Marketing (WordPress + Laravel)

For EZ Vegas Marketing, we designed and built a conversion-led WordPress experience that puts their billboard and street-team offerings front and center. The site guides visitors from high-level brand storytelling into clear service packages, locations, and fast contact flows tailored to local businesses and event organizers.

A modern WordPress block theme powers the marketing side, with subtle scroll-based animations, sticky CTAs, and focused landing pages for each offering. Underneath, a Laravel-backed lead routing service processes contact form submissions, scores them, and forwards requests to the right sales rep—giving EZ Vegas a full-funnel system instead of just a brochure site.

Automated lead handling

The site acts as a 24/7 sales asset—capturing, enriching, and routing leads while giving visitors a clear picture of what EZ Vegas can do for their campaigns.

Problem

Before the redesign, EZ Vegas Marketing faced:

  • Generic pages that didn’t reflect the energy of Vegas billboards and street campaigns.
  • Unstructured service information, making it hard for prospects to understand offerings.
  • Basic contact forms with no routing, scoring, or follow-up workflows.
  • No modern WordPress blocks or patterns, so every new page required manual work.
Solution

We delivered a conversion-optimized, modern stack:

  • Custom WordPress block theme with reusable sections for services, case studies, and CTAs.
  • Dedicated landing pages for billboard, street-team, and activation packages.
  • Multi-step quote forms that capture budget, timeline, and campaign goals.
  • Laravel microservice to process form data, apply routing rules, and notify sales channels.
Outcome

The new EZ Vegas Marketing site now:

  • Highlights key offerings in a way that matches the brand’s bold, street-level energy.
  • Turns more visitors into leads with clear journeys from hero to contact form.
  • Automatically routes and enriches leads via the Laravel backend for faster follow-up.
  • Gives the team a scalable, pattern-based WordPress build for future campaigns.

Architecture overview

The architecture combines a modern WordPress marketing front with a Laravel backend that handles the operational side of lead management and reporting.

  • WordPress block theme – Gutenberg blocks, custom patterns, and ACF-powered fields structure content for services, packages, and case studies.
  • Component-based design – Hero sections, offer grids, testimonials, and FAQ blocks reused across multiple landing pages for rapid setup.
  • Laravel lead service – REST endpoints receive form submissions, score leads, and apply routing rules (by service, budget, or region).
  • Notifications & CRM handoff – Leads are pushed to email, Slack/Teams, or CRM with structured payloads for sales follow-up.
  • Analytics & funnels – Key funnel points (landing view → form start → submit) tracked so campaigns can be optimized over time.
